Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Most orders placed before 10AM PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Please note that orders placed after 10AM PST Monday through Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Orders placed after 10AM PST Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. We observe all federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipment tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed and shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • All dates are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary.
  • Standard Shipping USPS - estimated delivery time is 3-7 days
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 3-7 business days after order processing.
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2-3 business days after order processing. 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day after order processing. Standard Overnight does not have guaranteed delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All dates are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary.
  • FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days (not including Customs delays)
  • FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days (not including Customs delays)
  • All FedEx international orders are subject to customs and duties fees. The recipient is responsible for paying the fees that may be incurred upon shipment. All fees associated with international orders being refused by the recipient will be deducted from the refund amount. 

    PRE-ORDERS

    • A pre-order allows you to reserve a product by placing an order which will guarantee you immediate shipment on arrival. In the checkout process for a pre-order you will need to enter all billing information, however the credit card will not be charged until the product ships out from our warehouse to you. The arrival and delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment delays.  Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping.  No partial shipments will be made.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
    • Canada is the only current international destination that we ship to.

    HOLIDAY SHIPPING

    We do not ship on the following holidays:
    • Martin Luther King Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Day after Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • New Year’s Eve
    • New Year’s Day

    SALES TAX

    • We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Arizona.
